Privacy policy
We process email, display name, password hashes, sessions, orders, credit records, support requests, scripts, subtitles, videos, voice recordings and generated files to operate accounts, deliver requested generation, secure the service and resolve issues. The current public beta uses AWS hosting in the United States. Generation text and parameters may be sent to Doubao; cloning reference audio and task text may be transferred from AWS to the operator’s GPU computer for local model processing. Resend handles verification email and Google handles optional sign-in. Data is not processed only in your browser. Essential cookies and browser storage maintain sessions, drafts and preferences. Do not send passwords or payment-card details through support. See the data policy for retention and requests. Processing providers and locations will be updated when deployment changes.
