Public beta & service availability
This is a public beta. Check the cloning page for current service status. Cloning relies on the operator’s GPU computer and connection to AWS; power loss, sleep, network interruption or maintenance can make new cloning and synthesis unavailable. Saved previews remain playable only while the relevant files are available. There is no guaranteed uptime or completion time. Review task status before retrying; completed work may be cached and only uncompleted reserved credits are returned. Report failures with the task ID and approximate time. Do not rely on beta storage as your only backup. During public beta, standard accounts receive Basic plan access by default; higher plans are retained. Credit balances and usage charges stay unchanged; Basic plan credits are not automatically granted.
