Generated audio caches normally last 3 days and video media 7 days; the expiry shown in your project takes precedence for that file. Download important files before expiry. Account/project records and clone reference recordings have different retention and do not automatically expire with a generated audio cache. Delete projects and voices using their existing controls. Use the request below for account closure, access, correction, export or deletion of other personal data; it creates a support request, not an immediate erasure. We verify account ownership and explain any records retained for legal, billing, security or dispute purposes. Backups may persist until rotation; we do not promise immediate deletion from every copy.
